Yup. Got interviewed earlier this week for the NPR show The Brian Park Project about, of all things, Dungeons & Dragons. You can enjoy 8 whole minutes of Cargill-y goodness here.

And while you're busy checking out cargill in the ether and ephemera that is the media - check out like all 3 seconds of him in this Internet only Hulk "trailer". If ( Read more... )

It wasn't THAT bad a game really... I didn't realize it was me knocking them over, sorry about that. Smack me next time! :) I try to be as friendly as possible when I play, but I wasn't exactly sure what would have changed your mood...

I actually said that I was playing eldar because I wanted to play a 100% painted army and the blood angels were not finished. Believe me, I would DEFINITELY have played the blood angels if they were done. The eldar is my wife's army and I don't play it often.

Well, then, perhaps we'll have to give it another go in the future. I'm trying to do Thursday night 40K every week (that I don't have a screening), and I'll be playing Blood Angels led by Pizarro in the Mancharan Crusade this fall. So perhaps we'll meet again.

Oh and the Eldar frustration stemmed from me setting out to playing anything but - and I ended up playing 2 of only 3 Eldar players in the whole tourney. I had played the third on Thursday. So it was one of those Murphy's Law "Oh to hell with this" kind of experiences. So I sincerely apologize for being pissy. You just ended up being the caboose on a very bitter karmic train wreck.

Man, and I REALLY wanted to play Nids. 17 5E games and I still haven't played Nids or Tau. No one shows up with them on Thursdays. Sigh.

*shudder*

Why would ANYONE want to play against 'nids!?!

Sean is really the only one who consistently plays them, this was the first time I saw Adam at BFG with his.

I haven't really heard much about the campaign, but if I end up involved I will likely be playing the Blood Angels or Deathwing.
