Thanks to all who wanted to see my Derby outfit. Here I am at Carl and Wanda's condo yesterday morning before heading to the track. Carl's neighbors hung these flowers on the condo gate, in honor of Street Sense.

Julie, hats are sure a nice accessory and it would be nice if we wore them more often. The only downside I found is that it's hard to hug people without poking them with the hat brim! (we were doing a lot of hugging)

OMG -- it's almost like being there myself ----------------I am SO EXCITED for CARL and everyone. Street Sense is all everyone is talking about -- how he came from behind- almost dead-last to win that race!!!

Renee, glad to know SS is the talk of Arizona! I was nervous when I saw him so far back early in the race. He is an amazing horse with unlimited potential. He does things so easily. Carl is blown away with how good this horse is, he has said that from day #1 about him.
