I will draw a short (3-5 page) manga  of your choice and with the basic plot of your choice; you may also supply dialog.

Question: What if we want a short manga piece for a cartoon series? How much would you consider necessary in terms of original canon material? (Specifically, I'd like to do something with a few OCs, no canon cast, but set in the canon world.)

If it's an anime, and I can see three or four episodes, that's probably plenty. If you wanted a manga that starred OCs in the canon style, I would need either 3 or so episodes (YouTube or Netflix-able) or if it's a cartoon that is collected in book form, then a book would be fine.
