I went with ace as in ace pilot. Although so many of the Stargate characters (Jack, Cam, Teal'c, Sam) could have easily fit the bill, I decided to go with John Sheppard. Believe me it was hard to pick just one character :)
So I chose Sharon Carter (mostly because I've done a lot of Peggy appreciation and wanted to do something different, more on the lines of showing Peggy in relation to her as opposed to the other way around.)
I did a FIC (700w, Sharon/Steve) and a GRAPHIC (technically two, since there are two different versions, but w/e). The graphic is for an upcoming fic of mine, and there is also a drabble that works as a description/teaser for the fic. The graphic, links to the fics and to the second version of the graphic are at a masterpost on my journal as well as here. (This is basically just a copy of that).
