Thank you, Gods, he couldn't help but praise in his mind. Carefully navigating through the small sea of people, he hurried as quickly as he could to Isis's side.
She really was all right. Well, probably not emotionally, but she was safe. And here, with him. Relief washed over him, a little reprieve from the worry that he knew he had felt during the entire flight despite Isis admonishing him to not worry.

A small part of her mind - drowned quickly under propriety - wished she could hug him, do something that would show just how much she had appreciated his gesture.
Isis settled in smiling. "Welcome home," she said simply.

In a heartbeat. He had meant what he said.
"I'm glad to see you," he replied geniunely. His suitcase hit against his leg once as he switched it to his nondominant left hand so that he could offer his right arm, a quiet suggestion to lead the way.
