Set was in his usual for the middle of the afternoon - sitting on the couch with a history book in his lap and a notebook beside him. However, the Priest was far too distracted to pay much attention to it. "Coooooooooooooooold, cold cold cold cold cold!" Mana's teeth were chattering like castanets shaking awry. She walked most days because she would miss the bus, and that usually wasn't so bad when it was a bit warmer a few months back (the Game Shop was only a few blocks away), but now that winter was in full swing, she ran most of the way. Winds made her hair very frizzy and her face so flushed.

She bounced over enthusiastically, sitting down, close to Set. "Naah, not today, it's just very very windy!" Her shoulders shook and she muttered, "Brr!" just to prove how cold it was.

Set instinctively draped his arms around her, offering his body heat. After all, such contact never felt awkward with her, and the girl never seemed to mind when he did such things. "Ah, but it's nice in here. You'll warm up in no time." His eyes moved to the table and the pot of hot tea he'd been working on. He released Mana and leaned to pour her a glass. "You should have some tea - it's fresh and very warm."
