Set wandered the streets of Domino, doing well to keep the exasperation he felt from reaching his serene expression. He certainly could not remember how he had gotten to this strange place, but he knew he was far from Egypt

Mahaado finally was able to go on his lunch break. Not that he had any discernable appetite, but because he needed the fresh air. Though he loved the museum for its knowledge and its preservation of the Ancient past he held so dear, the dust was starting to get to him.

There was so much to think about, so much that had happened. Yami - Pharaoh Atemu - had yet to return from Egypt; his plane was arriving Sunday. As the consequences of Yami's visit to Ceremonial Gate whirled in his head, Mahaado almost didn't realize that he was walking past the museum's entrance to the courtyard...

And then he blinked and suddenly, only a few feet in front of the magician, was Priest Set walking straight towards him. His mouth ajar, Mahaado couldn't summon an appropriate response. Oh. My. Ra.

Set's eyes only met Mahaado's very briefly before the priest mentally sighed. Someone staring at him open-mouthed was certainly not an unfamiliar sight that particular afternoon after all. He folded his bare, tanned arms over his chest and moved along, preparing to walk aroung Mahaado and continue on.

Finally, the magician got a hold on his expression, which though still surprised, was a bit more dignifed. He stepped in Set's path, not allowing the other to take another step. Yes, this was Set all right. What was he doing here?!

"High Priest Set," said Mahaado, luckily remembering to use the ancient language. "It is Mahaado. Don't you remember me?" It struck him as a superfluous question, but Mahaado wasn't exactly at his best for interrogation. "How did you come to be here?"

Set blinked in suprise before his calm mask of an expression slipped for just a moment to show the wave of relief that hit him. "Mahaado, I don't know how I got here. I've just been walking around and the people here are so strange. They speak in a very odd dialect, but I can still understand them...and they keep calling me by an odd name." His speech was rushed, though his voice was calm. He wanted very badly to get home and hoped that Mahaado could be of some help.
