Ewan ko, I think it's not because hindi siya marunong mag-isip -- it's probably because text messaging prices are about the only thing her government can still _drastically_ control as of the moment. And, to be honest, from P1 to P0.50, that's a really large deduction

my line of thought kasi is that the 10 i listed are more or less connected... so like when you manage to lower the gas prices, then the drivers will probably be [a bit] more willing to lower fares. and the like.

Yung allotment na Php 3 Billion sa Anti-Graft sa budget allocation, doon kaya rin nila (whether Administration or Opposition)yung... GRAFT AND CORRUPTION nila? XDDD

Oh well, IMHO it is just a feel-good SONA after all, wala yung mga talagang pressing issues to be raised; yung mga sinabi niya sa SONA from 1-10 may mga sagot lahat.
