Measured as a proportion of national income, total UK government borrowing is not out of line with other rich nations, but it is growing much faster.

Haven't the press been saying this for, like, a year now? If it was growing all that much faster, you'd think there would eventually come a time when it was no longer in line with other nations.

They also can't handle an admittedly fairly complicated economic concept like the Keynesian multiplier effect.
