Are there only 26 prizes? Or can people guess the same letter as someone else?

Yes, you can pick a number someone else has already chosen. Numbers can picked an unlimited number of times.

(I have a list where each letter is assigned a prize already, but I won't tell you what the prizes are until after the challenge ends.)
