Fandom character: Astrid Farnsworth, Fringe

Astrid
Bright, brave, occasionally badass
Nurturing daughter to Stephen; like a daughter to Walter,
Animal lover, also science, truth, and justice
She’s felt frightened, furious, and fond
Through everything, the thing she seemed to fear most was losing those she loved.
Really believed in a brighter, more humane future.
It’s Boston where she lived, but we don’t know where she’s from.

Heh. I would have said she felt frustrated with Walter :) Your poem describes the essence of Astrid very completely. I feel my poem isn't up to the spirit of the challenge as I realize now it's fairly perfunctory and I never thought to make it clever like with an acrostic, or flowing phrases.

I love the bonus acrostic, very in keeping with Fringe! I loved Astrid the most and this poem captures her essence well.
