When the evening came, Emma surveyed her queendom and thought it was good. The food had arrived from Ching Tai, her muffins were done and decorated and might even be edible this time around, and the bar was fully stocked - Both with alcohol and weetiny umbrellas.

It was only polite that Mary go over to introduce herself.

"Hi there. I'm Mary Connell. I don't believe we've met before," she said, extending her hand to Ares.

Ares grinned and took Mary's hand, bending his head with the intent to kiss it. "Ares, God of War, and I would've remembered if we had."

"So what does a God of War get to do in Fandom?" she asked.
