muffin heaven

I'm making those muffins again (a recipe from ina garten) with raspberries. this time, though, I'm using a mini muffin tin. they're so cute, but you eat like a dozen before your body tells you, "hey fatty quit shoving your mouth already!" :(

which muffins? this one? (i totes bookmarked it) im on the baking team at my church this week which means i need to bring 10 dozen mini muffins OR ELSE. haha ok not that last part but im always looking for good recipes. my only commentary on that loaf, if that is indeed the one you are making would be to add the zest of one orange to the mix to spruce it up a little.
