oo3. new CURVES layer, set to SOFTLIGHT 87%

And this is the final result, but it all depends on the picture you start with.


To make the coloring work with different pictures, you should tweak around with the settings and opacities. Duplicate the base and set it to screen if your outcome is too dark.
