And that besides your other duties. So doing some treats for you is a pleasure and a priviledge and only as very small way to give something back to you.

second, i heartily undersore what you say about our little fandom that has become smaller but warmer over the years. i look forward to the exchanges as well. how can one not? and every year, i sign up for several even though i fear i will have nothing to say, that my brain is empty, (that someone will give me weird Doris Day songs as prompts...), or that i will let someone down (like opening a lovely bright package only to find socks)...yet i can't stand the thought of not being in the middle of it!
and last and most importantly, i cannot even begin to tell you what it was like to find that foxrafer and stormatdusk had thought of and enacted such a thing as the first Trick or Treat exchange. i don't even recall how much i'd said about not trick or treating before - if i was very whiny or if i mentioned it in passing - but i've always, always loved ( ... )

Motherfucker (sorry, I've just been writing foul-mouthed people), you're right! Argh! Well, that's why I have this icon. Because I went back while I was writing this post, and I counted: "2007 to 2008, that's one, 2008 to 2009, that's two, 2009 to 2010, that's three, and 2010 to 2011, that's four. Four years!" *facepalm* Yeah. Whoops.
