There have been a number of robins hanging out in our backyard for the past couple days, scoping out the area and collecting materials. Today, I found out where two of them are building their nest: underneath our balcony. Me too. I just took a quick look out there, and there's two half-finished nests under the balcony, but nothing on top the water meter. *crosses fingers*

I was so excited to hear the news about the planet. I'm such a space geek! And I know what you mean about the robins. I haven't had any birds nest so close to home, but I've seen them building nests on my way to work in places that are less than ideal and wished I could send a message.

Really, really cool are definitely the right words ... :)
And what with Stephen Hawking experiencing weightlessness it kind of makes me start thinking about our universe with a hope and anticipation that I'd forgotten about ...

(Having said that, I've just remembered a comment they made about this planet on the news - apparently they think the gravity is such that if any life forms happened to beam down they would resemble squashed bugs ... I think that's the gist of what they said. ------ There's always a catch!)
