*snerk* My insanity knows no bounds. I bought Bad Twin on Tuesday afternoon on a whim, I've begun my subscription to LOST Magazine (I suppose that was only a matter of time), I've located and more-or-less obtained the 3 back issues I'm missing, I purchased something else which we won't talk about *hangs head*, I joined
lostgame, and I've set up a

*facepalm* You know, that never even occured to me! Sheesh. And here I thought it was just a creepy order to get people to, well, obey. *G* I'm not sure how I feel about the product placement that's starting to appear, although since the various companies seem to be playing along rather than just tacking "Drink Sprite!" to the end of Hanso ads, well... I suppose it's not so bad.

Well, that's certainly part of it. But it can't be all of it - if they can heal people long distance, it's more than that (course I guess that could be part of the psychological reaction - 'faith' healing of a sort, but that doesn't ring true to me).
You have to picture me getting my hair cut today with my wonderful, sexy French hairdresser. You must imagine his part in a very thick French accent.
He: "Whaat zee f*ck eez zees with zee question mark??"
Me: I don't know, but what about they pneumatic tube - they must be close!!"
He: "Buut whahy deeed Locke zend zem zee map??!! Merde...."

Oh, no, I don't think it is. But I wonder how much of it extends beyond simple experiment to begin with, or how much of it is a sort of fallout that postdates the experiment itself. As in, was it a simple behavioural experiment that had unintended consequences (that we're not really fully sure of yet), or was the behavioural part simply one aspect of a larger plan?
He: "Buut whahy deeed Locke zend zem zee map??!! Merde...."
*giggles* How fantastic! A good hairdresser, AND a LOST fan! ^_~ ...I think Locke was just curious if the tube went somewhere, and where it went, don't you?

Well, I thought it was a combination of curious and he's kind of disgusted with the whole thing and thought "what the f*"...
French Hunk things the map was important and he should have kept it. What I personally was thinking for a lot of the episode was how hot Sawyer is...

What was with the time shifts last night. It's daytime when Jack confronts Sawyer about the guns on the beach, and it's night as they trek to the hatch? And deep night. Enough for Eko to be sleeping and dreaming. Even though Michael said that Henry left only 20 minutes before? And it had to have been early, for Hurley and Libby's picnic on the beach...

No, I'm pretty sure that was the psychic Claire talked to. Wasn't the faith healer way out in the boonies somewhere?
I've been reading about a lot of people being annoyed over the time shift thing -- truthfully, for some reason I didn't even notice. Sounds like most people are chalking it up to egregious continuity errors rather than anything else.
