Nickelback? I love that band to hell and back for reasons divided between Chad's voice and the overall sound :) I have only just begun listening to them a few years back, so I am probably a softy in the eyes of the old crowd ;) But they are on my character music list under "moody and dark; brooding RPS" heh. Nickelback is *hugely* popular here. Fits in with our tradition of pub rock, perhaps.

Anyway, on one local radio station they just refer to 'The Chad'. No need to explain further - there is only One Chad. (And there's probably only 2 other people in this city of over 300,000 called Chad.)
