One of my goals for this season is to write a 100-word drabble for each episode. And because of a conversation with kalliel in the comments on this post, I realized I had to go back to 9.23 as well.

You wrooooote it. :DD This is beautiful. I love that Sam makes note of the family from 3x16 here, and also Bobby's absence (which only adds to the crushing weight of this fic, in spite of its brevity). Sam's quiet devastation and conviction here are palpable.
