OMG. The hoodie. I'm dead. (But is it really the same one? Looks a bit different to me.)

Dean isn't wearing the Samulet in Heaven because he's carrying Sam in his heart.

After Firstly: The Samulet was tied to Old God; Jack has bequeathed nougat upon Dean instead.

C: I won't lie; I yelled "HOODIETIME" when I saw Sam in the gray sweatjacket. You know it still smelled like Dean, too...

I figure the samulet was ruined after Chuck turned out to be a douche-bag. He's got Sam, he doesn't need the samulet.
