Seriously? A nurse really used that analogy. Yikes. And here was me just about to yell at Ashley for being unnecessarily graphic in front of our poor Sam.

This was so darn perfectly prefect. The way Sam can't answer the question, and Dean has to prompt him, and then he has to match his face to the picture on the wall *clutches heart* Oh Sam!!!
