This is all kinds of perfect, and just what I hope to see next episode! I loved how Sam instantly believed it was Cas, that is hope and faith is so strong, and I also love Sam's nightmare about Billie and how she might not let him die and how that's his worst fear. *happy sigh* Thank you!
