We know they have s12 in the works, and the guys are signed on for s13--given how much work Carver & co. have put into getting the boys where they are now, I really, really, REALLY don't think they'd hit the reset button like that.
Also, I'm pretty sure every single viewer (including the cast and crew) would riot if they did that.
