I have had to draw the line in the past. Certain times are just for our family of four. Christmas morning is one of those times, for instance. And, if, for you, the easter egg hunt is one of those moments, then just stick with it. Do your first easter egg hunt together, then you can decide how much other people can also be part of the others.

If you want to have her all to yourself for Easter, that's fine. Stick with your origional plan and forget about the other invitations.
If the thought of saying no to the other invitations makes you think you'd be missing something, then go to them. But if it leaves you relieved, then just say no as politely as you can.

So what if it's selfish? It's your kid you deserve to savor every last moment on when she still gets wonder out of finding those eggs. Before you know it the Easter Bunny is so last year mom and she's over it.
I am totally going to be selfish for all of those moments for as long as i can!
