Anyway, my point was, yes, you'll have more responsibilities, but a year's a long time. There's so much that can happen then and well, even when it does come, it doesn't mean that you should be automatically ready to be absolutely independent. I do hope you get better, though.
p.s. I'm not sure what the point of this ramble was, actually. Maybe I'll just hug you some more and make you forget that I've just wasted a minute of your time. *hugs*

I'm glad you're sensible, though, because a lot of girls these days want to grow up so much quicker than intended. Have you heard me rant about 12 year-old girls who dress like they're much older? It makes me sad. :( Childhood's great! Being a teenager's (sometimes) great!

I love being the age I am now. Just between being an adult and still be able to act like a child sometimes. Being respected from the adults, but still be able to play in the snow and watch cartoons. (I'm not saying that I will stop doing those things when I get older, but...)

So don't be afraid about turing 18. So many responsibilities, but still it's nice knowing you can be trusted to do alot of things, like voting. When I turn 18, I'll be sure to remember all the poeple that are still 17. And trust me, turning 18 is probably like turning 17, only with ALOT more perks;) So enjoy your soon to be Adulthood!
