It's Eurovision Song Contest time again, and this year it's Norway who's hosting it! Since we won last year with Alexander Rybak and his song Fairytale, Norway is hosting it at Telenor Arena which is coincidently the home field of my favorite football team. So if you are planning on watching the final on Saturday, look around the stadium and think

I absolutely adored Fairytale, I was just listening to it earlier. I don't think you'll be able to top that this year, Norway♥

I don't like to listen to any of the songs/singers before Eurovision, as I don't like to spoil myself for the big night, heh. So I have no idea how terrible the UK's song is yet.

Hee! I did too, but don't tell anyone, it's kind of really uncool to like that song here now. I guess it got played so much that we grew tired of it. But it still makes me happy to hear it from time to time=)

And no, NO ONE will be able to top that, what with the serious ground breaking high score and everything. (And like I said, not like we really want too. I want my stadium back!)

I won't spoil you then. So cool to have someone on my flist that will be watching. =)

Rybak was great last year. Didn't he have some sort of Swedish ties? I might have dreamt that, but either way, I thought he was lovely and the win was definitely well-deserved.

Personally I'm not so much of a closet fan. I like dissing the acts, it's brill, but I don't usually sit in front of the TV for the ENTIRE thing. I come and go a little - Mom/sis watches it, though - and then come back for the recap and the winner announcement. :P

I'm not a closet Eurovision fan; I'm an all out fan. *grins* How can you not love the over the top cheesiness?!! :) We try and have a Eurovision party every year where ever we are because it just calls for alcohol and a mocking. *giggles*
