I agree about what your friend said about the Mirrors thingamajig. Haha, and yeah, they really don't care about what's in your head. I can't believe you're getting 3 months break! That's like a summer holiday! I am jealous.

Hahah, they really, really don't! I mean, I knew what I was getting into and I have to admit, the freebies were attractive... but I don't think I can bear spending all my time caring about my appearance. I mean, I live in shorts and flip-flops! :O

It's three months because I'll already be done with my programme and UniSA intakes are in February .. :)

*hugs you* And yeah, I'm not too sure what the Mirrors thing, but an image will always remain just an image with no substance to back it up. :)

Also, I'm glad you really are having a GREAT time at university and doing very well. The Classic!Movies club sound a really good idea (and if you have any recs on stuff I should watch - rec away; I've been trying to work on that while at home).

It's sorta like a beauty contest of sorts... searching for an ambassador for the magazine. but it's not my sorta thing, i guess, haha. xD

yeah, i've gotta agree with that.
I won't be surprised if they would be the ones we end up not talking to at all until, I don't know, 30 years later at a reunion of some sort.
it's sad, isn't it? =(

Very much so! :( All the friends we were close to then are drifting away so quickly and all those whom we were not really that close to... hahaha, we keep in touch now more than ever! XD

i totally respect that decision if that's what you want. I did think you looked beautiful in the shots we've seen, but if that's not the life for you, then it's not.

I think it's so cool that you're going to start a classic movies society!! I wish there was one in my uni when I was there, or that I'd thought of that idea myself!!! do it!!!

Aww, thank you! But yep! I definitely prefer situations where I get to use my brain as well and as far as the experience went, it did not allow me to challenge myself in ways I enjoy being challenged. Haha, definitely not the life for me because making sure I look good all the time has always been a big bother.

I'm excited for it too! :D But I gotta wait until I have more time... :D
