A problem I'd come across before, with a ludicrously simple yet unintuitive fix.
Take two
elements, one inside the other. The outer one is set to something like width: auto or width: 100% or something. The inner one has very wide content that will spill out wider than the window. Also, the outer one has a repeated background graphic on it ( Read more... ) -

I just bought one of these: Fujitsu+E600+Intel+P4+2.8GHz+Slimline+PC from AriaRefurbished slimline P4 server, 110 quid including VAT and postage.
