Budget surprises

The media are all currently trying to work out what the surprises will be in Gideon's first proper budget. My money's on one of the following:

• The Chancellor delivers the budget in the style of a gangsta rapper, wearing gold chains.
• Ed Milliband uses his response to resign.
• The Coalition front bench attend dressed as the cast of Rentaghost.

We already knew John Redwood was a Cylon. It was his last utterance that gave it away. "BY YOUR COMMAND", he barked, before going on to badly lip synch the Welsh National Anthem.
