A bit late now but in case it happens again, take everything out and let it defrost. Cook all the meat into meals (bolognaise, for example) and then refreeze the cooked portions. That way you get a freezer full of ready meals!

We've been asked to do what now?

At work we have Northsound, the local radio station, because the oldest and grumpiest accountant likes it even though she admits she can't hear it from her desk, which is guaranteed to play either Nickelback (The geniuses behind the song of the summer for 2000... 2001... 2002... 2003... 2004...) or "Estelle" and her american boy friend (Who sounds a little short to be a rapper).

Seriously? Even radio 1 is more interesting.

I quit a job because they played Radio 1 in the office all day. In the exit interview they asked what they could do to make me stay. I responded that it would start with me smashing that radio into a thousand pieces.

Apparently, one day it was once turned to Classic FM for my benefit. Of course, actually *asking* me what I might like on the radio would be a bit much... (Radio 4 or sod all are my usual choices.)

The BBC are commanding us to waste £9bn a year, I think.

Does that mean I can throw out the approx 5 million carrots mouldering in the fridge?

I believe it's required. We all have our share of the £9bn annual quota to keep up!
