I remember. The tea which I had then was most bitter. Hawke has promised to show me how to make his sort of tea, though, which is much more palatable.

[She will adore apple juice if/when he succeeds, and will trade gladly for some.]

I forgot myself, on the day. It was the day I was attacked and branded. And it seemed silly to mention afterward, in light of all that happened and kept happening.
