The Nebraska Lottery has a lotto game called MyDay, in which you pick a month, day and 2-digit year (00-99) and if you match at least part of the date drawn, you win.  Invalid dates are not allowed (e.g. 09/31) and leap days (02/29) are only allowed if the year is divisible by 4, including 00.

Ah... it's like "0" and "00" in roulette. Those numbers always go to the House. The House has gotta get its cut. Here, I suspect the state adds some fictitious month-day-years to give it a chance at keeping your money. (and everyone's)
