Well I found the image on Tumblr. But it bears the watermark of this Russian language site: http://vk.com/sherlock_holmes_world. And it would seem to be taken at the same time as one of these official Series 3 promo pic for His Last Vow: http://www.benedictcumberbatch.co.uk/photos/his-last-vow-promo-images/ There's a full face of Sherlock in front of the exact same net curtained window. But like so many of the promo shots, it doesn't come from an actual episode scene at all. At least, not one that I can recall. :-)
