Hey Ben. Yes, I've had this thing for years.

To answer your question -- no, you don't need an iPod to listen to a podcast. A podcast is just a long mp3. You can either download the new version every time it gets updated (every week, in our case), or you can use a certain type of program called a "podcatcher" (iTunes is one) to subscribe to the podcast so that your computer downloads it automatically when there's a new update.

To listen to our podcast, though, you won't even need a computer. All you'll need, starting possibly next week, is an FM radio. Because the Wire is coming back to FM radio and they're going to be broadcasting Festival City Radio on the air every Monday night at 10:00. How exciting!
