The humans and trolls finally meet, and Karkat still hasn't gotten over his feelings for John (either hate or they could've become more red by now). Knowing/thinking John will never return his feelings, Karkat lies to him about troll friendship works, and because John is an idiot, he totally believes him. Which leads to some adorable fluffy activities that John obliviously believes are completely platonic (or does heeee?).
Bonus if they get walked in on by Dave or Terezi or Nepeta or really anyone who would have a hilarious reaction.
