Hello all!

I'm having a great weekend, but it's back to hard work for the next two weeks as I have my four final exams and I'm so scared!!!! But hopefully if I put the work in, I'll get good grades! :)

Totally agree with you on the apprentice! I LOVED HOWARD. Me and my sister were literally yelling at the TV when he got fired. Ergh, bloody Lorainne.

Loved Howards outfit on you're fired tho! It was very Ianto with the waistcoat I thought ;) Bless him.

ETA: I hope next week is good and Kevin and Scotty eventually have SEX -THIS too.

Howard was awesome. I doing the yelling at the TV thing, and my mum watches it too and just tells me to shut up! LOL.

And I didn't notice the Ianto-alikeness of Howard's outfit at the time but thinking about it now, you're totally right!! :)

The whole K/S not having sex thing annoys becase in most TV shows gay men are always shown as really permiscuous and with HIV and shagging as many people as poss or completely sex deprived, and I always thought of K and S as different, but apparently not! PAH.

Haha. I've just always got Ianto on the brain...

And yeah, a lot of shows (noticed this on hollyoaks) write about gay relationships without really knowing anything about them. That's why I love queer as folk :)

ETA actually: Hollyoaks actually did it quite well with JP and Craig, now that I think of it. I just felt kinda let down by that Ravi/Kris storyline and the sterotypical lesbian thing they've got happening now.

Gave up on Hollyoaks reccently, haven't properly watched since about the time of 'Hollyoaks Later'. Kinda didn't have the time to catch up on it to begin with and then got really bored and confused so missed the whole Kris/Ravi/Nancy thing. So I can't really comment on how they handled it... But I think McDean was done well for a coming out/struggling with sexuality story but not so much as a 'gay' story. But anyway McDean forever :)

I know what's going on because I've read and stuff, and actually today I watched the omnibus because I wanted to see the fire ast The Loft thing but I didn't know who half the characters were!

I have heard that Kris is going to stop cross-dressing though, or have an 'identitiy' crisis, and I'm like NO! Kris is amazing as he is! <3

LOVE QUEER AS FOLK. <3 Wish they'd do a film or something. :D
