As far as moves went, theirs had been pretty smooth so far. It helped that they didn't have furniture to deal with. It was all just personal stuff, in which Angel had plenty. Though where it all came from she had no idea. When she first came to Washington she only had two big suitcases. Now she had those 2, plus one more and 2 boxes. Ethan said she could decide where things go but it was a little awkward. It didn't quite feel like their house yet. It felt like it was his and he was letting her live there.
By the time he called for her, she was ready for the break. She only had the smaller box left to sort through and then she was determined to take a bath. There was an actual bathtub! Angel was in heaven.
Ethan had already started digging in when she got there and she was going to fake pout but decided against it. She stole his slice instead, mid-bite and plopped down on the couch next to him. "For me? Mmmm thank you sweetie." She teased before she took a big bite of his pizza.
This house wasn't really theirs, even Ethan had to admit that it didn't feel like a home. Just a place to live in and that was it, which was frustrating but it was temporary and the house wasn't that bad really. Just impersonal

"No dessert?" She asked after he named off the itemized feast he just listed off. It was a lot of food but between the 2 of them and midnight snacks, there wouldn't be much left, if any, for lunch the next day. It was a good thing he was being promoted because they were going to spend a fortune in food.
In between bites of her pizza she was happy to take a bite from his breadstick. Now Angel wasn't very good and "being sexy". It usually came out awkward then she got nervous or self conscious but this was just taking a bite. She could see the way he was looking at her lips wrapped around that breadstick so she slowed it down and kept her eyes on him. The male imagination did the rest. Though she might have exaggerated licking her lips just a little bit.
"You planning on getting rid of me already?" She teased leaning in for a pizza flavored kiss.
Jennifer Sykes had already commented that the pair should invest in shares in their nearest grocery store, even going so far as to subtly hint that maybe they should have their own plot of land to grow things on. Of course that had been quickly shot down by Ethan who lacked green fingers or thumbs
