You know it's really not that bad! I think you're too self critical.

The only thing that I saw was your transitions between body positions [i.e.- turning backwards, squatting down, turning sideways] were a little bumpy, but otherwise your form within those positions are awesome!

totally kicks my ass, I can tell you that! :D
