I'm sorry about your mom-in-law's weight lift limit, but I gotta say, this post has been making me smile all day. I have a weak spot in my heart for fat cats. They are just so much more cuddly.

Well, he's actually only a bit overweight, for his breed.
Part of the problem is that Momoko's mom is less than five times the mass of this cat. She's a bit under 100 pounds.

She was very sick when she was a kid, so she's unnaturally tiny. She also hates to exercise, so her bones are very brittle, and she even groans picking up her small cats.

She's adorable, but we wish she would work out a bit, for her health. The fact that she makes her own dresses (quite expertly) makes her look even more like a doll.
