I am requiring new work outside of the kitchen. I prefer work that will keep me busy for most of the day.

going to make you regret this later, seems perfectly reasonable, not as simple as he seems, vidal likes routine, double-talk

Custodial work would keep you busy throughout the entire day.

The library, if you have an organisational nature, I suppose.

The garden can keep you busy, but it doesn't keep my interest for very long, personally.

I suppose, you'd better start from what you'd want to do.
