Even thought this video pretty much spews forth liberal left-wing rhetoric (which I hate coming from either side), I think the right wing groups that are trying to push this issue into propaganda status is stupid.
The right wingers have continuously attacked Obama as being inexperienced and not ready for presidential material, yet go and select Sarah Palin as VP. Then accuse the left wing media of propagandizing the issue. Well, they kinda have a right to and make an excellent point.
I often find myself wondering why no one hammers on McCain for having no executive experience, seeing as how that's his campaign's biggest criticism of Obama (never mind that most people don't realize that senators aren't executives).
Being a small town mayor (and apparently governor of Alaska as a whole) is an apolitical part-time job that people do for fun. I mean, if they had to choose a woman for VP, there are probably (literally) a million more qualified, competent, and intelligent people they could have chosen to politicize gender issues.
