Um, I can tell you that I've felt similar things though I would descibe my chest pains differently and they're a lot more rare. If you're worried about it, I would say go visit the doctor. Better safe than sorry. Good luck!

It may sound weird but this: "and a few times it's made the air catch in my throat and made me kind of cough and stuff." exactly describes what happens to me occassionally, but I figure it's just from being around my parents smoking so much. I have a lot of stuff I should see the doctor about. Maybe we should schedule appointments on the same day and then we can be there 'together' and support each other in spirit. Or not ;) I'm sure you'll be okay, but if the doctor does anything you don't like, I'll beat him down for you. Just let me know. *huggles*

Could be the smoke, yeah, or it could be stress. *huggle* Yes, we both should go.

*hugs* Doctors are no fun, but this is probably better checked out than not, just so you'll know what's going on. I'll keep you in prayer.

I'd say, call your doctor and tell him/her what happened and they will probably decide if they want to see you or not.. *hugs* feel better. :)
