so our church is providing everything for evacuees that make it to Gardendale. We spent most of the day there yesterday helping. The amount of donated clothing is overwhelming and blankets and pillows are spilling out the wondows! Wow, my group with Wonder Book Camp elected me president of the Junior Workers. I'm really excited and seeking God for new ideas. I think I'll be able to be a real blessing with his help.

Ever feel like you're in a holding pattern? I asked a friend of mine that last night and he said yes. Truth is we all do at some point in time. Cars
Here's my General Lee Post: I'll do just Gatlinburg later. lol.
So, let me tell you about my dad's little "oops" at the car museum. There were cameras everywhere making sure you do not touch the cars.

It's one of those days where I rely on my joy because happiness if far from me. I'm not depressed, nor miserable just a little numb. For what reason I don't know, just emotions... you can't trust them you know. *sigh*
And my longest friend is leaving for college next week! dang.

This morning I woke up and there wasn't another bed above me nor did I see the make shift cutains made of table clothes and cheets around me. I wasn't being blasted by a seemingly defective cabin airconditioner and there wasn't a tiny little warm body curled up under my belly.
