One can only hope, whatever manner of drink Balthier acquired, it is not Bhujerban Madhu.

I've acquired several manner of drink, actually. A Dalmascan vintage, a very rare wine of the Gariff that a hume can only drink should they be remarkably good at nicking things when a war chief's back is turned, a drink that also doubles as a salve for Viera, and of course, several different types of Madhu and Baachu's wine.
