Fifty-Eight Kings Slain

I am curious if the doctors here would have anything to help with sleep? I would appreciate it if one did.

Tis nice that things have calmed for the most part, though... part of me fears for the worst. They say that the calm comes before the storm. That is very true in this city.

I don't need to be cracking your entries to know there's a problem.

Should you need, I can cast sleep on you.

... I had hoped you had not noticed. They have not been as bad as before, but enough that sleep is an issue.

Thank you. That should help, but I would not mind something from the doctors if they have it.

I see...

That's a good idea. The sleep spell isn't a natural sleep, but some rest is better than none at all.

I hope I have not kept you up at all?

Aye. I figured that if the sleep spell does not last long I can at least have the medicine to fall back on. Until the nightmares pass yet again.

I would not mind at all.

Shall I come pick them up, and would that be at the hospital?

YAY FOR BEING BEHIND... wait no that's not right. captain_basch October 3 2009, 23:30:39 UTC
Nay, I can come to you. I am already out so a detour before heading home is nothing I cannot do.

Thank you doctor, I appreciate the help.

[Giving Chocobo a tired smile he kneels down and pats his head gently.]

You heard me over the communicator?

Well, if that doesn't work you could always try warm milk? I could get you some from the cow they have at the Northern Lights.

Beer or meditation are the next best things I could suggest.

I had not thought of that. Perhaps if I still have trouble sleeping I can try that.

Hm, a drink actually sounds fairly good right now, though not with medication.

Sure thing, just lemme know. I got the cow for them so I'd say I have free dibs on milk.

A drink is always a good idea...er...yeah, except for with that. But, well, even then you can sometimes get away with one or two. Depends on how strong the stuff is.

Ah, are you all right, Basch?

Mm, I suppose the quiet can be unsettling, but do you really expect something awful to come along~?[Ohnoooes~ the little girl is worried too. Yeah, really.]

I shall be fine, just a bit of restlessness when trying to sleep.

Thank you for your concern, Miss Riful.

I do enjoy the calm that has come over the city, but from previous experience I cannot help but expect something worse to come soon. I dislike the train of thought, but it seems to be a reoccurring cycle. [Oh she totally is. Basch is falling for it anyway.]

(ooc: 8D so did we hehe~)

Oh, I do hope you feel better. Has anyone been able to provide you with something?

Ah, how terrible! Though I suppose I'm not entirely surprised... How often would you suppose such a cycle occurs?

I have seen a doctor and received medication to help.

Well, every few months it seems something happens. Maybe every three. I do not know if there is a connection, as sometimes it is the cause of people brought here and not what would seem to be the work of the Scientists.
