Sir, does it matter that Ensign Kenny shows up for all of those shifts...sober...unlike the rest of the crew? Granted, no one knows what species he is, and the Universal Translator doesn't work on his speech, and he has that unusual habit of not staying dead...but still, he probably is the single most effective non-commissioned officer on this ship.

I'm guessing you haven't noticed the changes since you were last on the Murgatroid, Mister Terminal, but Engineering got creative and replaced the water recycling system with an alcohol recycling system. Changing that over won't be especially popular, nor easy.

Aah, yes. I removed that, ordered it cleaned, and returned it to him. He'd have difficulty walking if I didn't.
