Putting John in Slytherin was a challenge, but I did not want to exactly replicate the ideas of other writers.

There's a load of Harry Potter AU's (not that I'm complaining), but yours is very different from the others. Kudos to putting John in Slytherin. I like it. That's definitely something new and wicked.

I'm glad you think this is worthy! It was fun playing with the two diverse fandoms... bending them, but not breaking either canon. JK Rowling specifically wrote that Slytherin was not synonymous with evil, and a good way to show this is to have John sorted there.

This is the most interesting and original HP/Sherlock crossover I've seen yet - kudos to you for putting John in Slytherin and making the reason convincing! ♥♥♥ I feel so sorry for the poor boy - being bullied by people from his own House and from other Houses too.

I like how Sherlock's from Durmstrang too. :)
