I'd write them a letter or give them a call. Last I heard, it was still illegal to deny service at a public place to any specific demographic.

By the way, that looks a hell of a lot more like the Sears Tower than the Hancock Building. Did you do it that way or did they screw up?

I followed the instructions, so I'm guessing they screwed up.
