Dear god...woke up from a nightmare about Archon masquerade. WHY AM I HAVING MASQ NIGHTMARES goddammit. I dreamt everyone was dragging their own props and backdrops around the stage while I was trying to set up mine, and then I realized I forgot my wig so I had to back out of the masquerade completely ( Read more... )

We will probably not get there till idk midnight? Yes I'll bring Lazlo, he packs down easily and I can store some other fragile props in his armor bag. Please tell me it's going to be warm enough for shorts. XD

Yes the apples and peaches were delightful. They were perfect for an apple-peach pie, we had just enough and it was tasty.

Just curious to know when you guys might be appearing. :) As to the weather....ummmmm, 65 I think is what they're saying the temp is supposed to be. I'll have to see if I can find all the pieces of Ted.

I had an Archon Masquerade nightmare, too! I dreamt I got all the way down there and then couldn't enter the contest. Can't remember why that was. But I woke up freaking out.

Oh god WHY NOW. I mean both of us finished our costumes months ago, and I didn't have dreams like this before CVG at all.

I went back to sleep and had another dream but this time it was positive. Sheila catered breakfast for everyone during orientation. XD I know that's not going to happen either but at least it wasn't "oh god everyone hates me they're setting my backdrop up wrong and where's my wig OH SHIT SHIT SHIT."

I know! It's not like I have to freak out getting everything done, this time! It's weird.

Maybe it's the distance I'm traveling or something. Can't say as I have ever traveled this far to participate in a Masquerade, before.
