Kink: I have a thing about Jim discovering who Batman is, and I also have a thing for h/c. Which may not be very kinky, per say, but there you go. I want to see Batman arriving at Jim's place (home or office) so run down, either physically OR emotionally, that he's almost at the end of his rope. Of course Gordon is the only one left he trusts, and of course Gordon is willing to do whatever is needed! (I'm sure I'm not the only one who noticed Gordon's almost devotional behavior in TDK.)
